Habitat for Humanity: Change Makers
This year, a number of Year 13 pupils are participating in a project run by Habitat for Humanity called Change Makers. The 12 pupils involved in the project benefit from 2 school-based workshops exploring how they can make positive changes to society both locally and globally. Fresh Minds Education
On 25 November, some of our Year 12 pupils attended a talk from Fresh Minds Education about the prevention of suicide. The pupils were taught about the Connect-4-Ways Model, looking at recognising signs, naming the issue of suicide, listening to or sharing their story and signposting or accessing services to provide safety.
