The SistersIN Leadership Programme is an 8-month development journey for sixth form girls to help build their confidence and broaden their career perspectives. Our 2025-26 cohort of girls are currently completing their first training modules on Goal Setting and Self Belief.
On 19 November the girls attended the SistersIN conference at Belfast City Hall, hearing from 2 very motivational and impressive women: Alice Thompson, spoke about how a visit to Bangladesh led her to open social cafés in Edinburgh that support and employ homeless people and former pupil Ashleigh Averell, Business Woman of 2024 and founder of a successful iBrand business, who shared her journey from school to entrepreneurship.
A very inspiring day for BHS’s future entrepreneurs.
