Key Stage 3 Creative Writing Competition

Congratulations to Year 8 pupil Andrew Lowry, winner of our KS3 Creative Writing Competition on ‘Empathy in Action’. Inspired by the UNCRC Articles 6 (right to life, survival and development) 24 (right to health and health services) and 27 (right to adequate standard of living) and the concept of empathy, Andrew explored with flair the challenges faced by the homeless and explored with compassion and insight the difficulties some children unfortunately face.
