Business Digital Industry Masterclass Success

Our Year 11 Business Studies pupils enjoyed a fantastic day at the Business Digital Industry Masterclass held at Mossley Mill this week. Throughout the day, pupils heard from inspiring guest speakers, learned about a wide range of digital and industrial career pathways and took part in an exciting business challenge.
We are delighted that one of our groups was announced as the Overall Winner (Charlie Bailie, Oliver Burnside, Mason Darragh, Oliver Glendinning, Freddie Hirst and Oliver Lyness). Their winning idea was a Business Model Canvas and Pitch centred on VAR technology for lower league clubs - a digital solution designed to make VAR affordable, helping clubs improve decision-making and enhance fan experience. They presented their pitch confidently in front of a panel of judges and then again to their peers. Their communication, teamwork and presentation skills were outstanding. Well done!
