Today we welcomed Roscha Cronin, one of our parents and founder of Bravely Forward Coaching, to speak with some of our Year 12 pupils who are considering entering the world of work next year through apprenticeships or training programmes. Roscha shared her advice on making a good impression, the expectations of employers and some strategies to use in interviews. The pupils were challenged to think about how they can best present themselves to prospective employers and how they can become a successful contributor to the workplace. It was extremely helpful and insightful for everyone involved. Thank you Roscha!
